1. CLIENT TERMS
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Client and Katy Saltsman that govern the Client’s access to the use of Katy Saltsman’s materials and services. By signing this agreement and by accessing or using any of the coaching materials and services, you agree to be bound and abide by the terms of this agreement, including the arbitration and limitation of liability provisions. Be sure to read this agreement carefully prior to utilizing any of Katy Saltsman’s materials or services.
2. RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED Katy Saltsman does not guarantee results from the coaching, training, and content included in this Program. Katy Saltsman does not claim to be or act as a licensed psychologist, or medical care provider of any kind, and represents that she cannot diagnose, examine, or treat medical conditions of any kind. The information provided is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Katy Saltsman does not guarantee individual results from her coaching programs. Your results are up to you and your commitment to following the assigned protocol in order to build a lifestyle that will allow Client to reach her goals in a sustainable manner. Client acknowledges that each individual’s success depends on her commitment to the program, dedication, desire, vulnerability, and mindset. Therefore, individual results may vary. The testimonials, examples, and photos used are of actual clients and results they personally achieved. Each client has approved these testimonials, examples, and photos for use by Katy Saltsman to speak to their personal experience. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results. Rather, these client stories represent what is possible by joining and participating in coaching with Katy Saltsman. Please note that by signing this agreement, you are on notice that Katy Saltsman reserves the right to utilize any testimonials you provide in her marketing materials. 3. USE Client agrees not to use Katy Saltsman or its platforms for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. Client agrees not to undertake any action which may damage Katy Saltsman in any way. Client further agrees not to use Katy Saltsman or its platforms to: a) To harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person’s legal rights. b) To violate any intellectual property rights of Katy Saltsman or any third party. c) To perpetrate any fraud. d) To publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group. e) To unlawfully gather information about others. At times, Clients may be invited and encouraged to share personal and/or private information with the community. You agree to respect the privacy of the community and not to disclose this information to others without the Client’s consent. 4. INVESTMENT Client agrees to payment at the execution of this Agreement and as required thereafter. Client will pay such fees electronically, via Kajabi / Stripe. Client agrees to pay the following investment: 2-month minimum program - $59/month, or pay in full for 3-months $147. Each installment will auto-debit on the anniversary date of the execution of this agreement, or on a date mutually agreed upon between Client and Katy Saltsman. Client also agrees and understands that absolutely no refunds will be provided. 5. RELEASE Client hereby releases Katy Saltsman from any claims, demands, damages, or other legal action, which may arise from Client’s dispute with any other Client. 6. TERM AND TERMINATION This Agreement shall become effective once signed by all parties. This Agreement shall continue until the term of the coaching container has concluded, or until terminated by either Party. After the coaching container has concluded, client has the option to continue to work with Katy via this membership. Should Client seek to cancel, notice must be provided to Katy Saltsman. Cancellation notice must be sent to [email protected]. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. This Agreement may be immediately terminated in the event that there is a breach of the terms of this Agreement by either Party. Client understands that should Client breach the Agreement, Client will be responsible for all remaining payments.
